These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services through our website, including domestic and international orders. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
3. Products and Services
All murals and wall coverings provided by The Tailored Wall are bespoke, made-to-order, and unique to each client. Our products are created according to the specific measurements and designs approved by the customer before production. As each item is custom-made, these products cannot be resold, and therefore, the right to cancel does not apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website by following the instructions provided. You must provide accurate and complete information, including measurements, design preferences, and any specific customisation requests.
4.2 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received your request.
4.3 Approval of Visual Proof: Before production begins, we will send you a visual proof of your design for approval. Production will not start until you confirm that you are 100% satisfied with the visual proof. Once you have approved the proof, the order cannot be altered or canceled.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices: All prices are displayed in GBP, USD, and EUR. Prices include VAT where applicable, import duties, and standard delivery costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5.2 Payment: Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely.
6. Delivery
6.1 UK Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-6 working days from approval of the visual proof. UK deliveries are made via DHL Express on the next working day after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
6.2 International Delivery: We offer fast worldwide delivery via DHL International, typically within 2-3 days of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery costs, unless otherwise stated, are included in the advertised prices, and import duties are covered within the advertised price, ensuring no hidden costs upon delivery.
6.3 Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs processing or carrier delays. We will contact you if there are significant delays to your order.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
7.1 Bespoke Products: As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please ensure all measurements and design details are correct before approving your order.
7.2 Defective Products: If your mural is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days at studio@thetailoredwall.com with photos of the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
7.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors caused by incorrect measurements, installation mistakes, or changes of mind once the order has been approved.
8. Trade Accounts
8.1 Eligibility: Trade accounts are available to registered companies subject to approval. Applications can be made through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject trade applications at our discretion.
8.2 Trade Discounts and Pricing: Trade account holders may receive discounted pricing and other benefits. Specific terms will be outlined during the account setup process.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of Graphic Power Limited or our design partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our designs without our express permission.
10. Liability
10.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphic Power Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10.2 Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions to supply chains.
