UK Delivery

All UK orders are custom-made and dispatched within 3-6 working days from the approval of your visual proof. Once ready, your order will be shipped via DHL Express with next working day delivery. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Fast Worldwide Delivery

We print and dispatch your bespoke design within 3-6 working days from approval of your visual proof. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch via DHL International.

Note: Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next working day. We currently do not ship to Russia.

Before we print your custom mural, we’ll send you a proof of your design for approval.

We won’t proceed until you’re completely satisfied with the visual and you have emailed us back approval to go into production with your order.

Since our murals are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect measurements, colour choices, installation errors, or changes of mind. For best results, we recommend ordering samples before placing your final order.

Important Note:

Mural designs are scaled to your wall size. Larger walls may result in less defined designs when viewed up close.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team at orders@thetailoredwall.com with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.
