Absolutely! We offer a fully bespoke service, allowing you to adapt, recolour, stylise, and modify most of our designs. Each mural is printed on demand, handcrafted in England with the finest materials, and tailored just for you.

Looking for texture? We can add wood grain, fish scales, textured foliage, or even the look of stone and concrete. Want a bit of shine? We can print metallic effects in gold, silver, and bronze. Yes, we offer Trade accounts for registered companies. Just complete our online application form to get started. Please note, Trade accounts are only available to registered businesses, and we may not accept all applications.

Since every mural is custom-made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns. Each piece is unique and bespoke, crafted just for you!

Though it’s rare, if your mural arrives faulty or damaged, we’ve got you covered. We handcraft each piece and check it meticulously. Should an issue arise, please report it within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund your order once the item is returned and we’ve assessed the problem.

Our murals are securely packaged and shipped via premium courier DHL, so damage is rare. However, if your package appears damaged upon arrival, contact us with images of the damage within 7 days.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email, so you can follow your mural’s journey.

After you place your order or approve a bespoke design, our studio swings into action. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. For UK customers, delivery usually occurs the next day via DHL. International orders typically arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch.

Yes, every mural we create is bespoke! Our murals are typically made in 60 cm panels, but we can adjust this to fit your space perfectly. We add a 10 cm bleed to the overall width and height for a flawless installation.
